It’s in His Kiss

Does he love me I wanna know
How can I tell if he loves me so
Is it in his eyes?
Oh no you'll be deceived
Is it in his eyes?
Oh no he'll make believe
If you wanna know if he loves you so
It's in his kiss
That's where it is

-- The Shoop Shoop Song (It's In His Kiss)

Cher summed it up best in The Shoop Shoop Song. If you want to know the depth of a man’s ardour, you can tell by the way he kisses.

A recent poll indicates that some men are not measuring up when it comes to kissing.

Top 10 Turn Offs:

Bad breath
Bad teeth
Sloppy style
Cracked lips
Stubble
Spots
Hairy noses
Food stuck in teeth
Chewing gum
Cold sores

Add clumsy smooching into the mix including:

Clashing teeth
Stubble burn
Banging noses
Lip-biting
Tongue biting
Head butts

So tell us… would you continue to date someone if their kissing style wasn’t up to your standards?

Can a bad kisser be trained and improved with practice?

Feel free to contribute your tips on good kissing techniques or add on to the bad kissers’ list above.

Smooches. xx.

  3. How about 'The race to reach your lower intestines with their tongue'? There's nothing worse than gagging on a giant tongue forcing its way down your oesophogus (sp?). It always reminds me of John Hurt in Alien...

Actually, it looks like that's what Piggy's doing to poor Tazzy!

*vomits again sides hurting 'cause nothing left to bring up*

Bad breath the worst and don't like pointy tongues either

  6. I take it from your responses that I shouldn't post the Taz & Pig french-kissing tongue-tussling pics?

Frobi: Who have you been snogging? Gene Simmons?

  7. Yay, Tazzy seems to be really enjoying that.

    Not

  8. SID: You too can find out how it feels when Piggy comes to visit you soon.

  9. Bad kissers can be taught but honestly I'd resent it. I hate droolers!

  10. Hmmmmm....

Recognizing the inherent beauty of Piggy and Tazzy kissing each other, I have to say I have kissed far more females in my life than males.

And there seems to be a bent in the post that seems to ask females about males kissing them.

Not, necessarily, the other way around. And the fact is, there ARE lousy female kissers.

Kissing is what you make of it.

If kissing is an important part of expressing your caring and desire and passion -- which for any male, it should be -- then you WILL BE a good kisser.

Women have many erogenous zones, but it all begins with the lips (on the face, morons).

So smart (hetero) males will understand that and master that and be passionate about that.

Everything else comes (another unintended pun) from that, in my experience.

It's not just the starting point, though, it's the constant. Move around, but never move away from kissing.

That's what women want -- first and always.

  11. Prunella: Droolers? That's a first. You must be very succulent to arouse that kind of response.

WW: Spoken like a great kisser.

  12. I don't know if you can teach a bad kisser how to kiss. I have kissed some pretty bad ones too...

I kissed a guy in the eighth grade, then went out with him again ten years later...still kissed horribly.

  13. Maddie: I'm not sure you can teach a bad kisser either. Either you got it, or you don't.
